“Albert Hammond, Jr.” is an indie pop / rock artist from Los Angeles, California. He plays the guitar and his favorite instruments are guitar Fender Stratocaster and Gibson Les Paul. He is also guitarist for the indie rock band, The Strokes. When he was with The Strokes, he often plays rhythm guitar. Then he ventured into his career plans aside solo, he still plays the same musical soundscape as The Strokes, a bit of garage rock and indie pop.

Como Te Llama opens with a very guitar oriented “Bargain Of A Century”. Seconds starting years, I can hear the bass as if it works on an open field. Once the music catches on, you can hear the banjo start playing. When Albert Hammond, Jr. took the stage, he sings in a voice less energy. The guitar has a very good hand in this way. Well, here’s how Hammod Albert, Jr. sings well? Very similar to the style of Julian Casablancas.

“In My Room” is a title alive. The guitar shows start rocking some sense. Albert Hammond, Jr. will sing and the guitar will follow, complement each other. From there, the rhythm of the music also shows some similarities with the music of The Strokes. When the chorus comes, Albert goes, “I miss you already …” The second verse of In My Room “makes a more lively and energetic, and then the whole track just follow through. “Lisa” has a beginning balance where you can hear the music more fully as the seconds passed. Before second verse, the pinch of falling guitar is really good. It is characterized by rhythm and music. This song is a kind of draggy and slow, like a slow rock track.

“Victory At Monterey” is a bass line very groovy with some space-like sound. When the chorus comes, guitar and bass work as the bread and butter. It just gives an impression that victory in Monterey moves into another gear and at a different speed. The bass in this track is sexy too, after a while you might think you’re listening to a dance / electronic trail in a club. It makes you want to get up and dance. Victory At Monterey is a track that the judge not to be missed, Albert Hammond Jr. has just hit you with this piece of music. Wish i can have more of this …

“You Will not Be Fooled By This” is a title that has clean guitar riffs. The song of Albert Hammond, Jr. is often than not, drown the sound of the guitar. The guitar is very echogenic constant from beginning to end. Only in the chorus, where Albert is a repetitive fashion, “You will not be fooled by this …», the music changes slightly when the scratch guitar in another note that sounds much lighter. Violin also creates a special appearance in the second chorus and the last 30 seconds, the group howl is really something that stands out in You Will not Be Fooled By This. Love the ending!

The 1:30 minutes remaining will just blow you, so really indulged with Spooky Couch. A surprise by Albert Hammond, Jr. and beneficent beautiful!

“Borrowed Time” is a reggae-ish title, bringing you the atmosphere and the feeling of the beautiful Hawaiian island. The keyboards in this way just to work closely with the guitar, creating a unique sound between them. When the chorus comes, the track just turn up the tempo and Albert Hammond, Jr. just screams and groans. Not much singing, Borrowed Time is just another fine track.

“G Up” goes with the guitar work is really like The Strokes’. Even the way Albert Hammond, Jr. singing never ceases to remind me of The Strokes. The guitar in this track just stops and sits, he never stops playing a very coherent. I pay more attention to music and rhythm of the title rather than the voice of Albert. If you listen carefully, the guitar on this song sounds like a fast version of the reggae guitar. Fierce yet soft.

“Miss Myrtle” has a really good guitar sound. It allows you to cool music itself. As Albert Hammond, Jr. sings, the guitar just helps Albert with repetitive strum the guitar. The process of it is really good. As the chorus comes, the whole track and just amplified the guitar riff that you hear first in the beginning is just back and read the song of Albert. It’s simple but really good. A happy trail for those wishing to brighten their day.

“Feed Me Jack Or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Peter Sellers” is the last track on Como Te Llama. Albert Hammond, Jr. Decided to have a ballad to close the album. This track starts with a piano, soon joined by the violin sings like Albert. Perhaps the way we see Albert sings with his heart and passion. As he approaches the end, Albert screams as the music plays on and fades. Just another way to end the night.

With all this music out there, today’s artists, songwriters and composers in May believe they are only small fish in a vast ocean. But there is a whole industry that exists that many people are not even aware of this ocean is a whole lot smaller.

Songs for film, television and advertising is a narrow niche that is extremely complex in terms of negotiating a fee structure. In each case above, the producer is still required to submit cue sheets and use the company to report performance for all appropriate rights of public performance of a production with music. This allows both the composer and the publisher to collect performance royalties. This statement does not include additional costs for the producer.

What is “copyright”? It is the protection granted by the state (governing body of each country) to those who create intellectual property such as literary, dramatic, musical, etc. “Copyright” itself consists of three distinct rights:

1) The mechanical rights – the right to make copies (tapes, videos, CDs, etc.) of copyrighted works. No one can make a mechanical reproduction of a work protected music without permission of the copyright holder.

2) synchronization rights – the right to synchronize, re-register or use a musical recording in temporal correlation with a visual image or audio or another voice. This would include all forms of radio and commercials, programs, films, videos, etc.

3) performance rights – the right to perform music in public, through radio, television, concert halls, restaurants and bars, systems background music (banks, grocery stores, elevators) and so on. Radio and television pay an annual fee for the rights of corporate performance (such as BMI, ASCAP, SOCAN, PRS, etc.) for the right to interpret the music on the airwaves. According to the data that these companies receive stations (cue sheets for example), composers and publishers concerned get their appropriate actions to accomplish the charge (residue) which is paid from the pool of funds collected. Companies performing rights are part of an international network of subsidiaries which sheets of reference and information exchange program and collect and distribute the costs of interpretation for composers and publishers around the world.

What does it take to have your music considered? Following criteria:

* Your songs and instrumental music must be professionally recorded and mastered, and be of superior quality.

* You must have your own edition, author and Master Recording. In other words, you do not have assigned such rights to any other person or company.

* You must have agreements / release forms with the producers, performers, etc. studio you control all the rights and they are not entitled to an income that is generated in May following the performance or the use your song or instrumental music.

* You must recognize that your song or composition is quite original, and you do not copy any part of any other source. All samples (if used in your music) must be pre-authorized and royalty.

Taylor released her solo music album, “Lynn Teeter Flower,” recently, the same time that her beau released his “Four Winds EP”, which includes five songs plus a cut from his upcoming eighth album “Cassadaga. ” The songstress has been recording music half her life and has been an integral member of Azure Ray, Now It’s Overheard and Little Red Rocket; the first two music bands still exist but are currently on hiatus. Two other Taylor sisters and two guests serve as the music band for this new music album produced by Spoon drummer Jim Eno. Many blogs about indie rock music artists get confused that when it comes to Saddle Creek artists so many get confused about their anecdotes. Some authors touted that Taylor sings backup on songs for The Faint and Bright Eyes. Just so everyone is clear, the appropriate way to use this nuanced information is to say that she sang on a friend’s music album. Saddle Creek and the larger indie rock music world is chock full of incestuous band member swapping and guest appearances.

Taylor’s music album was recorded over a period of four weeks in Athens, Ga. with a band member of Now It’s Overheard partner in crime, Andy LeMaster as well as in Omaha with Saddle Creek engineer extraordinaire Mike Mogis. The music album goes between harmony driven pop-rock songs and melancholic acoustic musings. The aptly named opening track “A Good Start” features Taylor’s ethereal vocals advising a friend to quit running from the world. Very emo music, people think, but in fact it is considered indie rock music.

The upbeat melody of “A Good Start” juxtaposes starkly with the next music track, the acoustic and introspective lo-fi cut “Clean Start. ” The down-tempo songs continue for a few tracks, but come to a screeching halt with the dance-worthy beats of “Irish Goodbye. ”

Taylor creates a Rilo Kiley-ish work but stays true to her distinct, otherworldly vocals. There are even traces of rap music from a man named RIG, which oddly enough doesn’t disrupt the power of the song, but helps break up the track. Two tracks stand out as profound music compositions. The simple guitars and mellow drums of “No Stars” are augmented and joined by piano and bass as each successive verse builds on the previous. The ambling track “The Ballad of Sean Foley” was co-written by Oberst. The lyrics are all Oberst, but the music is all Taylor; her voice even serves to fill in the holes of his warble. This effect can be felt when listening to Bright Eyes’ new single “Four Winds. ” Oberst’s voice is at its classical best with Taylor holding him up.
