Also, when dealing with major aspects (conjunction, trine, square, opposition), some astrologers will allow up to 10 degrees for the aspects involving the Sun, the Moon, or Ascendant, but only 6-8 degrees for other planetary aspects. The least important aspects, the sextile, and sesquiquadrate inconjunct are allowed 2 degrees of the Orb. Issues rarely used, and novile Sept-Îles, are often mentioned in astrological programs to default 0 degree orb and as such will only appear in a table where an aspect of a planet, angle, etc. is accurate.
